We choose serious, high-quality coffees both for our own daily enjoyment and to offer them through our online store to people who are looking for truly great coffee for their home or office.

We believe that quality coffee starts at the farm.

That is why we select coffees that come from distinguished farms, where ethical farming practices are applied, exceptional varieties are cultivated, and both traditional and modern processing methods are used. We source fresh harvests, carefully taste every new crop from different countries, and select only those coffees that truly stand out for their quality and character.

Quality coffee requires precision at every stage.

We analyze every green coffee we receive to ensure its quality and to design the ideal roasting profile. We test different roasting curves and choose the one that best highlights the unique characteristics of each bean.

In our workshop, we carefully roast every batch using modern equipment and precision technology, combining a scientific approach with technical craftsmanship to bring out the unique character of each origin.

Specialty coffee begins with freshness.

That is why we roast our coffees based on your orders, ensuring that every bag you receive is absolutely fresh and never sits on a shelf for weeks or months.

Unlike mass-produced coffee, we do not roast in advance. When you place an order, we roast, grind—if you wish—and package your coffee fresh. This commitment to freshness means that you enjoy your coffee at its very best: vibrant, aromatic, and full of flavor.

Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing

We believe that specialty coffee should leave a positive impact on society and the environment.

Many of our coffees come from organic farms, and we work closely with producers who apply principles of circular economy and sustainable development. Our partnerships include farms with Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade certifications, and we are especially proud to support small women’s cooperatives in different parts of the world.

From the 1,250 small farmers of Mutitu in Kenya, who grow coffee in red volcanic soils, to the precision farming practices at Monte Alegre in Brazil, sustainability guides every choice we make.

The same applies to our packaging. We use fully recyclable packaging and continuously seek biodegradable solutions to further reduce our environmental footprint.
