Our Story
We are passionate coffee enthusiasts who believe that exceptional coffee starts with freshness. That's why we roast our coffee beans based on your orders—ensuring that every bag you receive is extremely fresh, never sitting on a shelf for weeks or months.
From our lab, we carefully craft each batch using our Coffee-Tech Engineering Silon ZR7 roaster, combining precision technology with artisanal expertise to bring out the unique character of every origin.
Fresh-Roasted to Order
Unlike mass-produced coffee, we don't roast in advance. When you place an order, we roast, grind (if you prefer), and package your coffee fresh. This commitment to freshness means you experience coffee at its peak—vibrant, aromatic, and full of flavor.
Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing
We believe great coffee should do good. The majority of our coffees come from organic farms, and we work closely with producers who embrace circular economy principles. Our partnerships include farms with Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade certifications, and we're proud to support small women cooperations around the world.
From the farms we source from—like the 1,250 smallholder farmers in Mutitu, Kenya, growing coffee in red volcanic soil, or the sustainable precision agriculture practices at Monte Alegre, Brazil—to our packaging choices, sustainability guides everything we do. We use recycled and fully recyclable packaging, and we're actively searching for biodegradable options to further reduce our environmental impact.
