Refund policy

How can i return my order and what are your guidelines

We understand that occasionally you may change your mind or want to return an item to us*. If you wish to return it to us, please send it to the below returns address within 14 days of delivery**.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or part-consumed.

*Note that we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage on standard returns.

**When you return the items back, please make sure you include a covering note with your order number, name and the reason for return otherwise we may not be able to process your return.

 

What if a product that you received is damaged or it is not as described

we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt of the product. 

If you feel you have received a faulty, defective product or it is not like it is described in our shop, please use the contact form here or email us at earthcoffeeco@gmail.com for further instructions.

The return process

To expedite the handling of your return, please ensure that the Return Authorization Form is properly completed and included with your return. We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us. it is your responsibility the shipping of damaged products back to us. You should use the same carrier company that delivered you the order and provide us the tracking number. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Once the item is received we will process return/exchange. We recommend retaining a copy of the Return Authorization Form for your own records.

Once your return is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must apply:

  • The issue must be reported to Earth Coffee within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
  • Earth Coffee  must be contacted immediately if products are damaged as a result of shipping.
  • A detailed description of the damage must be provided to the Customer Care team.
  • Product(s) is returned in the condition it was received.

 

Note that we are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 7-days return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package. Earth Coffee is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier.
