COFFEE STORY

Coffee Explained.

About the Farm

Fazenda Sertão is located above 1100m, in Carmo de Minas, state of Minas Gerais. It has an average annual temperature of 18ºC. Crops are planted on the top of hillsides with slopes of up to 50%. That’s an important measure to avoid frosts, common in the region on winter, affecting the health of the trees and to provide a more uniform ripening as well as protection against fungi infections because of the lower relative humidity. All these steps, in the end, result in achieving better final quality on the beans.

About the Coffee

Grown on the renowned Fazenda Sertão estate in Carmo de Minas, Brazil, this Yellow Bourbon showcases the region’s rich coffee heritage and ideal high-altitude microclimate. Naturally processed to enhance sweetness and body, it delivers a smooth, creamy cup with notes of milk chocolate, roasted hazelnut, and raisins. Balanced and full-bodied with gentle acidity, it’s a beautiful expression of Minas Gerais coffee.

What to Expect

What we love most about this coffee is its classic Brazilian vibe: Super versatile and perfect for any style, from espresso and freddo espresso to cappuccino, freddo cappuccino, or a smooth filter brew.
