Bucaramanga coffee comes from the Santander region in northern Colombia, where farms are typically high-altitude, ranging from 1,500 to 1,800 meters above sea level. Many of the producers are smallholder farmers who cultivate their coffee under shade, taking advantage of the volcanic soils and favorable microclimate. The region’s careful cultivation and traditional washed processing reflect both the skill and dedication of the local farming communities, producing coffee rooted in a rich agricultural heritage.

The coffee cherries are processed using the washed method, a technique that produces a clean and vibrant cup. Our roasting approach brings out their bright acidity, resulting a highly aromatic coffee, with fragrant notes of lemongrass and yellow fruits. On the palate, flavors of aromatic herbs and caramel unfold, finishing with a lingering aftertaste. The bright acidity perfectly complements the coffee’s delicate, silky body.

Lightly roasted, this coffee offers a pristine cup with a distinctive character, perfect for filter brewing or a straight espresso. Delicate floral aromatics are complemented by subtle notes of caramel, while the finish lingers with gentle nutty undertones. The result is a sophisticated tasting experience that showcases the bean’s complexity and the unique nuances of its origin.
